Client Responsibilities:

3.1 The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and approvals necessary for the completion of the project.

3.2 Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late provision of content or feedback, may impact project timelines. Digitalbelly shall not be held responsible for such delays.

Payments:

4.1 Payment terms, including the total project cost, installment details, and payment schedule, will be specified in the project proposal or agreement.

4.2 Digitalbelly reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to the agreed-upon terms.

Intellectual Property:

5.1 Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the completed web design project, excluding any materials provided by Digitalbelly (e.g., stock images, software licenses).

5.2 Until full payment is received, Digitalbelly retains ownership of the intellectual property associated with the project.

Confidentiality:

6.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information marked as confidential or that would be understood to be confidential by a reasonable person.

6.2 This includes, but is not limited to, project details, client data, and business strategies.

Website Maintenance:

7.1 If ongoing maintenance services are agreed upon, the terms and conditions for such services will be outlined in a separate agreement.

Termination:

8.1 Either party may terminate the project or services by providing written notice. Termination fees, if applicable, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

9.1 Digitalbelly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Warranties:

10.1 Digitalbelly does not guarantee that the web design services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10.2 Digitalbelly will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct any reported errors within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to Terms:

12.1 Digitalbelly reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website.
